Call for Programs

Please click here to submit a program proposal for the 2020 QTPOC Conference.

The final deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, December 20, 2019.

The priority deadline to submit a proposal was Friday, November 1, 2019. The planning committee will contact you in December about the status of your workshop proposal if you submitted the proposal by this date.

All accepted workshops and presentations will be presented on Saturday, February 29, 2020.  

Presenter Responsibilities:
  • Lead presenter should communicate conference updates to co-presenters.
  • Presenters are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
  • Presenters are responsible for registering online for the conference by the registration deadline of February 7, 2020.
  • Registration is waived for Lead Presenters who submit their program proposal by November 1, even if the proposal is not accepted.

All rooms will include a white board, dry erase markers, a projector, and a PC laptop. If you wish to bring your own Mac laptop, please provide your own adapter for projector use. Internet access will be available for presenters.
