On-Site Registration
  • The On-Site Registration Rate to attend Saturday’s events is $20, cash only. Friday’s opening is free.
  • The Registration table will be located in the Lobby outside HUB 302 and will be available starting at 6pm on Friday and at 9am on Saturday.
  • Please note that the student group QTPOC of UCR can accept cash ONLY. They cannot accept credit cards, payment apps, checks, or any other form of payment. Several ATMs are located next to the HUB. A receipt can be provided upon request.
  • Those who register On-Site are not reserved a box lunch or t-shirt. However, we will give away extra box lunches and t-shirts on Saturday. The Habit restaurant is also open on Saturday to purchase your own food. We have plenty of morning hospitality for all.
  • Group Registration only applies to people who registered online by the deadline. We cannot swap out registered names if someone cancels.  

Online Registration and Group Registration is CLOSED.

Friday's events are open to everyone. Saturday's conference will only be attended by people who register for the conference..

The conference is organized to focus on people of color who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. People of all sexualities and gender identities are welcome to attend. The conference is focused towards people on college campuses (students, staff and faculty). You must be 18+ years old to attend.

ADA-related Accommodations for Participants
Please include needed accommodations when you register online. Please email nancy.tubbs@ucr.edu by February 1, 2019 if you require ASL interpretation for Saturday's conference events. ASL interpretation will be provided for Friday's opening.

Registration Rates:

Group Rate$200 to $500 sliding scale per campus
A campus may send unlimited students, staff, and faculty who apply by February 7, 2020. February 11, 2020. Contact nancy.tubbs@ucr.edu to arrange a Group Registration Rate.
Individual Rates 
  • The Regular Registration Fee is $20 per person.
  • Some scholarships will be available for those unable to afford registration.
  • For those receiving support from their campus (student government or departments) or community organization), an invoice and W-9 form will be provided upon request.
If your campus is not doing a Group Rate, you will bring your registration fee payment to the conference on-site check-in. Organizations needing to mail in a payment should email nancy.tubbs@ucr.edu.

The following campuses are doing a Group Registration Rate, which allows unlimited students, faculty, and staff to apply from one campus with no additional fees from individuals:
