We are honored to announce that this year UCLA will be hosting the Queer and Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Conference (QTBIPOCC) on Saturday, May 7th, 2022.
This virtual one-day conference takes on the theme of “Blooming,” which celebrates our abilities as Queer and Trans people to take root, sprout, and flourish as a result of communal care and wellbeing.
For more information please visit our page for conference details and updates https://qtbipoccucla.blogspot.com/.
Note: For the purposes of our campus needs, the planning committee has deliberately decided to update the name to QTBIPOC Conference in order to be explicit about the inclusion and distinct experiences and knowledge shared by Black and Indigenous community members. The QTBIPOC Conference is organized to focus on Black, Indigenous, people of color who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. People of all sexualities and gender identities are welcome to attend. The conference is focused on people on college campuses (students, staff, and faculty). You must be 18+ years old to attend.
We can’t wait to bloom with you!
